I just wanted to hop on and let you all know that G is 16# 13oz. and he is 26 3/8" long. He is in the 45th percentile for weight and around 50th percentile for height. He also has a small head but you can't tell b/c of all his hair. I hope he doesn't get sick tonight. Dr. Addy told me to give him Tylenol every 4.5 hours b/c of his last reaction...fingers crossed.

So I've been feeding G solids for a couple weeks. We started off with carrots, then squash and then sweet potato, and I have sneaked some fruits in there. I was feeling brave so I thought, "let's try stage 1 chicken"....yeah that sounds like a good idea. Well here are the pictures that show just how much G liked chicken...lol. Tomorrow we go to see Dr. Addy, it's G's 6 month appt. I'm scared for him, last time he didn't do so well with his shots. However, I am so excited to find out how much he weighs and how long he is; I'm guessing 17.5# and 25" long. I'll post tomorrow and let you all know....

I think he thought it was applesauce at first. Look at the joy on his face.

This is G realizing "this isn't applesauce".

Thank goodness for APPLE JUICE!

Our baby is sitting up on his own....

OMG...G is becoming such a big boy! He started sitting up completely on his own 8/4. And he has a tooth. He is like a faucet, drools all over everything. He reaches for everything in sight, touching and scratching different fabrics (my leather couch, my shirt...his sheets) with his nails. His personality is really starting to shine. I seriously can not stop squeezing him and kissing his cheeks. I love this stage, it's so exciting watching him explore......
